1. Acceptance of Terms By installing or using the AutoDoc Merge Google Workspace™ Add-on ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service AutoDoc Merge is a Google Workspace add-on that enables users to merge data from Google Sheets™ and Google Forms™ into Google Docs™ templates, generate PDFs in Google Drive™, and send automated emails via Gmail™.

3. User Responsibilities & Quotas

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of the documents and emails you generate and send using the Service.

• You agree not to use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or malicious content.

• The Service operates within your Google account and is subject to Google’s daily Apps Script and Gmail sending quotas.

4. Data Privacy Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. AutoDoc Merge does not store your data on external servers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoDoc Merge and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost data, missed emails, or formatting errors) arising out of your use of the Service.
