AutoDoc Merge Privacy Policy
1. Data Processing: AutoDoc Merge processes your data entirely within your own Google Workspace. The Add-on reads your Google Sheets data and Google Doc templates solely for the purpose of generating merged PDFs and sending emails on your behalf.
2. Data Storage: We do not store, host, or transmit your spreadsheet data, document contents, or email addresses to any external servers or third-party databases. All generated files remain securely within your own Google Drive.
3. Permissions:
Google Docs: Required to duplicate your templates and insert text/images.
Google Drive: Required to create an output folder and save generated PDFs.
Google Sheets: Required to read the data in your active spreadsheet to merge into the documents.
Gmail / Mail: Required to send automated emails with your generated PDFs attached.
4. Third-Party APIs: AutoDoc Merge utilizes the public ZenQuotes API (to display temporary processing text) and the public QRServer API (to generate QR code images from your data). No personally identifiable spreadsheet data is sent to these APIs unless you explicitly create a {{qr:}} tag for that specific data.
